Is this in a residential dwelling?
I’ve dealt with those many times in commercial buildings but never seen them in residential.

We have quite a few high end designer houses from the 60s, which have the LV switches. The gym in my jr high school had that system. I remember there was a rotatary switch at one of the doors, which controlled 12 sets of lights. Pushed, held in and turned for all or just turn to the desired set and push on, push off. Worked slick as snot

Schools for sure. I have repaired many in schools and other public buildings like libraries etc.

Never seen them in a dwelling.
