I am thinking the first thing you'll have to do is figure out the wiring diagram for the switch, unless you find a part number on it you can google. Assuming it's 3PDT, center off, you have to identify which terminals are the commons and which go to the commons in the up position and which go to the commons in the down position.
So I am just guessing, maybe you'd wire it
line side black to common-1
load side black pigtailed to up-1 and down-2
line side red to common-2
load side red pigtailed to up-2 and down-1
line side blue to common-3
load side blue pigtailed to up-3 and down-3
That would reverse rotation depending on the position of the switch. This could come out backwards, lowering and raising reversed, if that's the case swap line side black and red on the commons. Or I guess you could rotate the switch in its knockout
