Ran into a job where they had alot of conference rooms , and some multipurpose rooms. Had to install all tr receptacles, client is not happy with the Tr. Had to inform them to be code compliant NEC 2020 requires it. It was recommended they could probably get the small conference rooms listed as 'offices' and not be required to have tr.
I have not doubled checked the code, but I think the business office tr requirement is limited to clinics, medical facilities etc.. Are we correct on this?
