How to convert 50HZ to 60HZ for a machine testing?

HI,
Our company has to test the compressor unit which is built for 60HZ 380Vac 200KW, but the power incoming in india is 420Vac 50HZ. What we can use to convert the frequency and voltage.
Note : We have taken trial through small VFD to run some instrument but it was just 2KW load. So VFD for 200KW can also be use as power source? If not what can be use.

A 50 hz motor connected to a 60 hz generator is the easiest way.

Rent a 250/225kw generator of a good brand.
With the ability to change Hz. Most will. Just a programmed set point and a AVR jumper change.

1500RPM=50Hz.
1800RPM=60Hz.

the larger Kw required for the change in Hz and inrush compensation.

the voltage can also be changed by re-connection change of the alternator and AVR adjustments. If needed.

just remember to change the safety min max voltage set points in the controller.

In shops that do this all the time most use an MG set. You have say a 100 HP, 1800 RPM motor. A belt drive reduces the speed to 1500 RPM which in turn drives a 100 HP generator. The speed won't be quite exact (maybe say 58-59 Hz out) but it's close enough for most testing.

I couldn't say for sure but, it seemed to me the OP was looking for a way to jam a paperclip into something to make what they had laying around their shop work.
The problem the OP has is the amount of HP needed.
Otherwise, there are all kinds of power supplies and VFDs they could use.
