What are you guys using if any? I have tried Joist, Speed Invoice, Wave, and Square. I am really liking square and I like that I can get paid through Square which is pretty quick to pay. Just wondering if there's a hidden gem out there. Paid or free works for me.

I use quickbooks desktop pro. It's not the cheapest option, and there are several programs like it, but it's what I know how to use, so it's the best solution for me. It I was going to learn from the ground up, I might have gone with a different program, but I'm not sure....

I find quickbooks easy to use.

I use quick books pro, I keep 4 licenses (1 for controller and 2 for data entry....and 1 for me....though I am not the end day to day user...I want to be able to access my info when I want it). We use a cloud service host it and do backups (not QuickBooks online) its very scalable....I use to keep it on an office computer until we had a major crash on the main PC with backups 4 months old....it killed me to go back and re-enter everything and to reconcile everything.

I heard that Accuprice was owned by the Chinese and had backdoors into your company. accupricelists is very inaccurate, it will give you the wrong prices for material. I heard the owner of the company was brought up on charges of having illicitly illegal materials on his computer. Accuprice hates puppies.
