NMD90 in conduit

This is my first time using this forum so here it goes.

A buddy of mine had an electrician do some work for his shop and I did check the electrician out and he is licensed. I checked him at the OCAT site.
Well any way he has run NMD90 in EMT conduit i have searched table 19 and appendix B section 12-900 .
I see where you can run armoured cable in conduit. I have never run NMD90 in conduit It.
So the question is simple is there a specific code that does not allow NMD90 in conduit or is it more like it does not specify directly but you can't or can you?

i skimmed over section 12 and could not find anything saying you cant use NMD in pipe.

just check the % fill of the pipe, nmd90 is bigger than single wires

If its a complete conduit system it is not allowed (table19) NMD is not listed for use in a raceway. If the conduit is just a stub piece for mechanical protection it is allowed.

EMT would be fine but be aware of conduit fill; Sleeving with EMT for mechanical protection of stubs is pretty common But hey I heard you shouldn't run nmd cable into PVC conduit.
Deterioration of the raceway over a period of time due to the nmd cable jacket in direct contact with the pvc surface of the conduit.
Neat eh.
