When using SER cable to feed a sub panel, do you have to use the 60 degree column to size it?

I heard but I did not confirm this part are they plan to remove the restriction on SE cable ?? { both tempture and ampacity rating }
It seams they did. Harry's post appears to be from 2011 where they excluded the requirement to follow 334.80 (ampacity for romex) Here is what it looked like in 2008.

The 60c. requirement is still there (2011) when in contact with thermal insulation.
The original poster will have to figure what code cycle to use but more than likely it will be 60c. Especially if the terminals or the lugs are only rated to 60c.
