What wire size is 25mm squared?

I'm installing a winch on my jeep wrangler next week and I plan to relocated the control box that came with it.
It normally goes on top of the take-up spool, but I want to install it inside the engine compartment.
The winch pulls up to 65 amps at full load at 100' of line out.

The wire is stamped 25mm squared.
I don't know what Gage it is.
Please help and thank you in advance.

Check out Table 8 in Chapter 9. It is between a #4 and a #3 wire so you would need to use #3awg
I thank you very much. :)
My book is in my truck at work so I was kind of stuck.
I do have a 30' long set of jumper cables that is #3. I think I'll have a new use for it.

Once I get it hooked up I'll have to talk my son into getting his truck stuck in the mud so I can test it out. LoL

30' #3 jumper cable is something to hold on to, if it has good clips.
I have 2 sets of them.
When I had a full sized Ram pick-up I carried one set all the time. I liked to pull up behind people and be able to reach them with-out going nose to nose on the side of the highway.
The second set I had in the garage and I only need one set these days. The clips are in good shape and I might make one set of grounding jumpers for work. Better then the welding clamp I have been using.

Basically 25mm² is a hair larger than your standard #4 AWG it is smaller than #3.

Just give you a quick reminder with wrench motours which I know they generally run on 12 VDC circuit however the current drawage can get pretty high.

One of my freind Jeep have 3,600 KG { 8,000 lb } cable wrench it did draw pretty close to 175 amp at max load so it will get pretty warm on the conductors.

Merci,
Marc
